Santa Barbara
This coffee comes from the lush region of Santa Barbara in Honduras, known for its rich volcanic soil and perfect growing conditions. The combination of altitude and climate here nurtures coffee plants to produce vibrant flavors.
A Blend of Varieties
We’ve got a delightful mix here of Pacas and Catuai. Pacas is a natural mutation of Bourbon, bringing in sweetness and complexity, while Catuai adds a robust structure. Together, they create a well-rounded cup with depth.
Unique Processing
With a blend of 33% natural and 67% washed processing, you get the best of both worlds. The natural process adds that ripe cherry sweetness, while the washed method cleans up the cup, enhancing clarity and brightness.
Flavor Profile
In the cup, you’ll notice a comforting blend of chocolate malt and shortbread cookie, with a hint of ripe cherry dancing in the background. It’s like a cozy dessert that’s not too sweet, perfect for any time of the day.
